    School Uniform

    Children should be dressed smartly and sensibly for school in our school colours of red and white.

    Non logo uniform can be purchased at supermarkets and high street stores.

    School uniform with Folly View Primary School logo, is available for purchase from PMG Schoolwear or visit the shop

    Book Bags are available from PMG Schoolwear.

    Folly View School Uniform

    Red sweatshirt or cardigan with or without school logo

    Red or white polo shirt with logo/red or white polo shirt without logo

    Grey skirt   or  Grey shorts/grey trousers.     

    Red/white check dress (summer)

    Red/white/ grey or black socks or tights

    PE     

    PE kit must be worn to school on your child's PE day. If you are not sure what day this is, please contact the school office.      

    Red shorts and white T shirt - pull on plimsolls/daps

    Plain black tracksuit bottoms/leggings for outside PE

    PE Bags

    Long hair must be tied back

    Earrings removed or covered by plasters

    Footwear

    Black shoes for indoor use. Suitable sandals can be worn in the summer.

    Heels, ‘slip on’ ballet style shoes and boots (higher than ankle) are not permitted. Shoes should always be secure and have a strap across the foot to offer support. 

    Jewellery: Silver or Gold single ear-studs in the lobe only

    Make-up and nail varnish are not permitted at school.

    Hair should be of natural colour - dyes and highlights are not permitted. Style and cut should be appropriate for school - shaved patterns and Mohicans are not permitted A named water bottle must be brought into school each day

    Our Parent and Teacher Association (PTA) arrange days/times where parents can swap second hand uniform for different sizes. We will inform you in our newsletter when these events will take place. 

    Name-tapes available from many school uniform suppliers or places such as “able labels.”

    Lost Property - All items of lost property are collected in a box currently located in reception. At the end of each term any uncollected items are displayed then disposed of if not claimed.

    Spare clothing for emergency use

    After an accident children are lent clothing.  Please wash and return these items as soon as possible.

    Please can all items of clothing be clearly named.
