Dear Parents and Carers,

I’m really pleased to announce that from September 2025, we’ll be expanding our wraparound care to include after school provision. 

You’ll find everything you need in our Information Pack, which outlines the key details and terms. A few important points to highlight:

• School staff will be supervising the children, providing the same supportive, consistent approach to behaviour and expectations that your children know and trust.

• Our pricing structure reflects the costs of staffing, resources and administration. As a result, we won’t be offering a sibling discount. That said, our pricing remains in line with other Trust schools and local providers.

• You’ll find a payment schedule in the pack with clear deadlines. Please note that if deadlines are missed, we won’t be able to offer future bookings—so do keep an eye out.

• We’ll be offering a 7:30am start for breakfast club and the afterschool provision will run until 6:00pm, giving families added flexibility.

Bookings are now CLOSED for Term 4 Breakfast club and After-School provision. 

Please note that if your child has been in Extended Provision for Term 3, all payments will need to be made before Term 4 bookings are confirmed.
